The Stasiuk Advantage:
- The Stasiuk Firm is a digital firm (aka a “paperless” office) at the forefront of legal technology. All documents are digitally scanned and stored to allow instant access without the “paper chase” often associated with paper based firms.
- The Stasiuk Firm utilizes Social Security’s Electronic Records Express service. This allows nearly instantaneous electronic submission of evidence directly into the Social Security file, eliminating mailing and filing delays. Electronically submitted evidence is instantly associated with your file and immediately available for review by Social Security, potentially resulting in a faster decision on your case.
- Rather than being delegated to secretaries or legal assistants, clients work directly with Tomasz Stasiuk. When you are counting on an attorney to champion your case at hearing, nothing beats working exclusively with that attorney when building your case.
- Appointments are regularly scheduled to maintain the flow of information. This ensures the continual communication between clients and the attorney.
How much will it cost?
Most cases are taken on a contingency fee basis. You only pay attorneys fees if you win.
If you win your case, attorneys fees are 25% of any back benefits, up to a maximum of $6,000. The $6,000 amount is a cap on attorneys fees. If you win your case, you pay either 25% or $6,000, whichever is less.
If you do not win your case, you do not owe any fees.
Please note: you are responsible for any expenses on your case whether you win or lose. Expenses are any money spent by the Stasiuk Firm in building your case (for example: getting medical records).
Average expenses in a Social Security case are between $100 – $200, but on some cases, the costs can be as low as $10.00.
