About the Stasiuk Firm:

The Stasiuk Firm was founded by Colorado Springs attorney Tomasz Stasiuk in 2002 to help disabled Coloradans obtain their Social Security Disability benefits. Tomasz Stasiuk is graduate of the University of Denver College of Law and has been in the area of Social Security disability cases since 1999.

Much like an artist becomes intimately familiar with his tools and materials, my years of experience specializing in Social Security cases have given me an inside perspective into the process and the people who make the decisions in my clients’ cases.

I do not pretend to know everything. I am constantly learning and refining my skills to better serve my clients.
