    Hi Tomasz,

In your opinion how hard is it to get awarded disability benefits with loss of speech/hearing/sight? Have you ever retained any such disability cases?

My experience is limited because these cases are usually black and white. SSA has fairly objective guidelines which an individual either meets or does not. Without an additional limitation, it can be difficult if an individual does not meet a listing.

I have had a small number of cases which were beyond the pale in which the individual did not meet a listing. However, I thought there was enough there to fight for disability at steps 4 and 5. So, I pursued them.
