David Government is not interested in the American anymore! They are interested in $s, you see the people with money in the U.S.A. all have a seat in Washington DC. We Americans continue to pay(in every way) for negative legislation. American "representatives" took American's right to vote on “representative's” salary. Representatives have unlimited medical coverage for like $300.00 a year, i pay almost $800.00 a month almost $9600.00 a year for my wife's(just my wife's premium, my premium is separate and additional) medical insurance. This is how my representatives represent my family. $ from medical lobbyists stopping "representatives" from representing Americans? HUMMM ! ! You say the Constitution says ... O who sworn oath, their duty is it to enforces the Constitution? O the FDA why after clinical trials and FDA approval are there sever kidney failures(medical complications) comatose and deaths, O ya and then the lawyers get 1/3 of the sorry for your loss, this drug will be replaced by another as devastating and/or deadly. ? for you commercials and Dr TV shows are very expensive right! Medical moguls make a fortune from those commercials and dramatic Dr shows! what do we do

One has to wonder why it will require 3 years of approval trials, when it only took them 3 years (2005 - 2008) to envision, create, design, build, refine the Luke arm.

Have we got our priories a little confused? Is there not a fast track for this device?

If it were a game console controller (Wii or Xbox) there would be no clinical trials required, how different is the device than a game controller for a specialized game - called Life.
