Dr. Schimmer did a great job of explaining the signs, symptoms, diagnosis and risks of sleep apnea. The <a href="http://www.snoringcenter.com/" rel="nofollow">snoring center</a> has a lot of other great resources. Unfortunately, they're only in Texas. He didn't really discuss treatments, like the use of a <a rel="follow" href="http://www.cpap-supply.com/Articles.asp?ID=146" rel="nofollow">sleep apnea machine</a> or other PAP treatments.
