Here is a great video explaining sleep apnea, what causes it and the risks associated with sleep apnea.

    Thanks for the great information on sleep apnea. Dr. Schimmer did a great job of explaining the signs, symptoms, diagnosis and risks of sleep apnea. The snoring center has a lot of other great resources. Unfortunately, they're only in Texas. He didn't really discuss treatments, like the use of a sleep apnea machine or other PAP treatments. I guess that's in the next video.

    Thanks for posting this…sleep apnea is not something to be taken lightly as it can have really serious side effects.
