Update Judge had file 4 days and he wonts me to see a SAA Doctor on the SEP 29 it looks like judge had file 4 days acording to post mark. But i notice it moves a lot faster in Downtown Houston ODAR office. Thanks Richard

Name Dawn, filed concurrent applications on 12/08/10 for SSI/SSDI, both application s recalled by local office, because Local Office said application was filed 6/02 and denied by ALJ 06/04, they considered application as Res Judicata, filed an appeal for both applications 03/24/11. SSI application was sent to DDS and SSDI was sent to Baltimore, denied SSA said same issue, same party, filed appeal 05/9/11, application for SSI approved on 08/08/11, no decision on SSDI filed sent to a different city because the last hearing was in a different city, file is being worked up on 09/13/11. My application is in Texas, how does Res Judicata work when there is “new and material” evidence and “changed circumstances” I am waiting on a date for hearing. How does Res Judicata work???? Thanks

Hi Richard. Your rep should know wait times in your area. Even if you are working with a large company, you should have a contact person who can tell you where you are in the process and what the game plan is to get your case ready. Good luck!

Hi my name is Richard my Rep is AllSup became disable 9-20-10 ssa start date 10-11-10 1ST turn down 1-29-11 2nd turn down 4-25-11 filed hearing paper work at ssa odar houston Texas on 5-23-11 assinged judge 8-22-11 problem hands cts 3 hand surgers nerve damage and 15 years of dealing with tx workers comp I hope it over soon. thanks Richard

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A HEARING FOR OVER A YEAR ,I HAVE BEEN WAITING TO GET MY SSI DISABILITY RE- STARTED FOR OVER 3 YEARS ,I HAD TO RE-APPLY, AND I HAVE BEEN THROUGH THE APPEALS AND NOW WAINTING FOR A HEARING BEFORE AN ALG. THIS IS,HAS BEEN GOING ON NOW FOR AS I HAVE SAID 3 YEARS.

welll it has been 6 and 1/2 years This case is a classic have all the documentation the vocational expert bruce magnason testified i could no work in the us economy, this is a total farse, why do we need to hear it again. I have testimony from a phsycoligist that i perform under a 50 . I guess it is time to involve my brother . I am from a famous and distinguished family you cannot screw us over. I will take action
