The same thing recently happened to me & I finally got my Fully Favorable Decision in the mail 7 weeks and 1 Day later after I went to the Consultative Exam that they sent me to! The letter was dated on the 6th week mark and it took another week for me to receive my mail.

we never got tthe decision yet. after the initial denial we finally got the hearing and the judge gave us 90 days to bring him more medical records then we got that to him and then we got a letter from him and dds stating there is not enough info and that they had set up a medical consultative exam and now we are still waiting, is that good or bad?

Average processing times in Colorado (from applying to the initial decision) are about 4 to 6 months. See http://www.socialsecurityinsider.com/2009/03/ho...

But, processing times vary from state to state and case to case.
