I am glad that you have such a supportive family.

Regarding the consultative examiner lying, I have had a number of cases where my clients' description of what happened vary wildly from the medical report. In some cases I make that part of the record by having the client (or family member) write what happened and I submit it to the judge. If it is a credible complaint, the judge may schedule a second examination.

Consider talking to a lawyer about your case to what would work in your case.

I went to a for a social security re-determination exam. The re-determination doctor, paid for by social security, lied. When I went in for the exam, my daughter came in with me to help me get undressed. When the exam was over, I asked the doctor to please send my daughter back in to help me get dressed. In her report, she state that I had no trouble undressing and redressing myself. She also state that I had 5/5 strength bilaterally in my hands. This is false, I was tested using a meter for the strength in my hands. My right hand registered 20 (considered poor) and my left hand registered a big fat zero.

Unfortunately, I cannot afford to see a doctor on a regular basis, as you get co-payed to death. I barely have enough money to buy food by the end of a month. One of my relatives offered to pay for me to go to MY doctor, who has treated me for cellulitis, in the past and, based on what I told him & how I performed in the evaluation, he is sending me for an MRI.

Gordon chose to focus on the Judge's comments, and I am taking the same approach.
