However, your Social Security disability benefits can also stop if you labeled a “Fugitive Felon.”
Fugitive felons is anyone who is
- Fleeing to avoid prosecution for a crime which is a felony; or
- Fleeing to avoid custody or confinement after conviction for a crime which is a felony; or
- Individuals receiving Title XVI payments or Title II benefits who are violating a condition of probation or parole imposed under Federal or State law.

has anyone gotten anywere with ssi or ssdi
18 years ago i got into trbul in FL . at that time i was not geting ssi or ssdi ,i just stared gettig it in the past 8 years, is there any law that woud protac me from the ssi of taking my bena fits, im at the end of my rope i now have a famaly and i can do nothing to help them i am more of a berden then any thing els, plese help
