		<description>I am trying to refinance my home for smaller payments, but refinancik company  is demending proof, that I am permanent disable. I am Fyll disable, I do not know the difference. They told me, if I wond supply them with what they are asking for, I wont be able to refinance. I am disable for 9 years. What should I do. I am 61 years old now. I then married another man in 1994, then divorced him in 1996.   A few years ago, he started receiving Disability Social Security and is still receiving it. 

If I get remarried to this man again, that is receiving Disability Social Security, would I be able to receive Social Security if he dies before I do, even though we may only be married for a few years before his death?
